25% of the rental price is required at the time of booking, with the remainder due 6 weeks before arrival.
Handover day is Friday, and Sneem River Fishing Lodge is available from 4pm.
On departure, guests are asked to leave by 10am, so that the property may be prepared for new arrivals
Clean towels and bedding linen are provided at the start of each stay. The house is cleaned prior to your arrival and after departure. For extra house cleaning, a cleaner is available at 15€ per hour( min. 3 hrs). Contact Nora on 0877436999.
Electricity and heating costs are included in rental price. Turf briquettes for the sitting room fire, if required, can be bought in Sneem Village.
Calor gas cylinders used for cooking must be replaced when empty prior to departure. |
